The English Service

The English ministry at Iglesia Bautista Horeb invites our members and visitors to experience our English-speaking worship service and the word of God. Our main preachers are our own Pastor José Heraldez and Youth Pastor Nohan Cruz.
Sunday School
9:45am
Our Sunday School is the first service of biblical teaching in Spanish. The assistance consists mainly of all those brothers and visitors wishing to deepen their knowledge of the scriptures. It is a short, meaty Bible study of God's Word. These Bible studies are coordinated by the Christian Education ministry of our church and usually taught by mature and knowledgeable teachers of the word.
Worship Service
11:00am
Our worship service is our main Sunday service. It usually starts with a cordial welcome from our director and continues with songs of worship, praise and congregational hymns . Halfway through the service, the youth and children go to the social hall for their Sunday School (Junior Church), and then are dismissed to their classes. The Word is given by Pastor José Luis Heraldez. The first Sunday of each month, our worship service begins with serving communion, where we remember the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ until He comes.
Cafecito Con el Pastor
5:00pm
Cafecito con el Pastor is where our Pastor José Luis Heraldez teaches specific topics of the Word of God. It is an open and dynamic study where questions are answered on Christianity, doctrine, the Bible and the person of God. It’s a welcoming atmosphere of fellowship where you can enjoy a good cup of coffee while enjoying the teachings of God's word. Members and visitors are always welcome to join and participate.
Wednesday Services
Prayer Service
10:00am
If you can’t come in the afternoon or evening services on Wednesday, your welcome to join our Pastor every Wednesday morning to sing praises, learn more about the Word of God and pray for your needs. this creates an atmosphere of hope, faith and dedication. Although the elderly are the primary presence, we extend an invitation to anyone who has the opportunity to join.
Prayer Circle

Every third Wednesday of the month we have a prayer circle in different homes of our brothers and sisters, (information available in the chirch bulletin ), where we come together to pray, sing praises and meditate on the Word of God.
Fellowship/Dinner
6:30pm
Our Church offers to all members and visitors a dinner. It’s organized by each ministry and is a potluck style. It is a time to live and share as God's family, and enjoy a good time together
Bible Study
7:30pm
After dinner all members, visitors and young people go to the main templefor the evening service. It is a night of miracles, testimonies of God, praise of gratitude, and a brief meditation on the Word. We all unite in prayer for the different needs of God's people.
Friday Service
7:00PM
H.Y.M Youth Service
Horeb Youth Ministry (H.Y.M) welcomes all youth from middle-school to high school. The services vary from bible studies, games and outings. There is always something fun going on with H.Y.M!
7:00PM Decipleship Class
The 1st, 2nd and 3rd Friday of the every month the Ministry of Christian Education offers discipleship classes in Spanish for adults.
7:30PM
Family Night
Every last Friday of the month we all gather together with the family to share a pot luck. There are games and then a devotional for the whole family. This is a time to enjoy fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ and our families.
